Account information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and billing details. This lets us create your account, process payments, and provide support.
Business information
You provide business hours, services offered, service areas, and scheduling preferences. We use this to configure your AI receptionist so it can answer calls accurately on your behalf.
Call data
When your AI receptionist handles a call, we collect the caller's phone number, call duration, call recordings, transcripts, and any information the caller provides (name, project details, appointment preferences). This data is essential for the Service to function.
Usage data
We automatically collect device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and interactions with the dashboard. This helps us improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Call Recordings & Transcripts
Calls handled by the AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed to provide you with call logs, analytics, and quality assurance. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you (the account holder) through your dashboard.
You are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording laws in your jurisdiction, including any requirements to notify callers that calls may be recorded. We can configure your AI to include a recording disclosure at the start of each call upon request.
4. Data Sharing
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Cloud hosting, telephony, payment processing, and analytics providers that help us operate the Service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Integrations you enable: If you connect a CRM, calendar, or job management tool, we share relevant data with that service as you've configured.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to the retention period you configure in your dashboard settings (default: 90 days). You can export or delete your data at any time from your settings.
When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).
